Complaints can be filed via email, phone, walk-in or by using the form below. Once a complaint is filed the following steps will occur:
1. The complaint is assigned for review;
2. TOC representative inspects the property for the violations reported, as well as any other violations seen.
3. Research is conducted and a warning letter is issued via U.S. Mail to the violator.
4. Upon receipt, the violator will be informed of the violations and the time-period that he has to comply.
5. For follow-up, the property is re-inspected by a TOC representative.
6. If the process is in compliance then the process is finished. If the property is not in compliance then the legal process will begin.
